摘要
利用光谱分析仪、金相显微镜、扫描电镜与X衍线仪对大涝坝气田DLK 4井集输管线管段腐蚀试样进行了表面形态、腐蚀产物的组成与结构进行分析,研究集输管线腐蚀失效的原因。结果表明,引起管段腐蚀的主要原因是管材长期暴露在高速气体与液体中导致的冲刷腐蚀以及夹杂在天然气中的CO2导致的酸腐蚀,并形成了FeCO3腐蚀产物。
To study the corrosion causes of the gathering lines of DLK4 gas well in Dalaoba gas field, the surface shape of the corrosive pipeline was examined with spectrum analyzer and metalloscope, the composition and structure of the corrosion product were analyzed with scanning electron microscope and X--ray diffractometer. The results showed that the primary corrosion causes included two aspects, one was the erosion because the gathering pipelines were eroded by high speed natural gas and liquid for a long time, the other was COzcorrosion because there were amount of CO2 in the gas,-which intensified the CO2 corrosion and formed a corrosive product as FeCO3.
