摘要
在对十堰市高层次创新型科技人才队伍现状分析的基础上,对十堰市未来10年人才需求进行了预测,提出了人才队伍建设的战略目标、战略重点和实施保障。
The status of the high-level innovative scientific and technical talents team of Shiyan City was analyzed,demand for talents in the next decade was forecasted,and the strategic goals,strategic emphases,guaranteeing measures for construction of the talents team were presented.
