摘要
目的:为国内医院引进口服药品单剂量自动摆药设备后人力资源的合理配备与培训提供思路和建议。方法:根据第二军医大学长海医院使用口服药品单剂量自动摆药设备后的相关数据与经验,就药品质量管理、人员需求等方面进行分析和总结。结果:使用自动摆药机后,工作效率与工作质量明显提高,而高素质和多技能的员工是减员增效的重要前提。结论:新自动化调剂设备的应用要求对人员的培训应多元化,使其具备更多的技能和更高的素质以适应调剂现代化的需要。
Objective:To offer suggestions of management of human resource and skill training for domestic hospitals after the use of automatic fill-prescription devices in dispensary. Methods: The related statistic data and experience about the quality management of the drugs and the quality requirements of the personnel after application of automatic fill-prescription devices were summarized and analyzed. Results:The efficiency and quality of the work were improved remarkably after the use of automatic fill-prescription devices. Personnel with high quality and multi-skills became the key points of efficiency improvement. Conclusion:In order to meet the requirements of modern dispensation, multiple ways should be selected in personnel training to provide more skills after application of automatic fill-prescription devices.
