摘要 运用商用CFD软件Fluent,采用三维建模的方法分别建立圆柱形蜂窝密封和圆锥形蜂窝密封的几何模型,针对蜂窝密封几何结构复杂、密封间隙小且径向流动参数变化剧烈的特点,采用了六面体网格划分、增加密封间隙径向网格密度和非平衡壁面函数湍流模型等方法,依次计算出两种形式的密封结构的主刚度、交叉刚度和主阻尼,并与相关的实验数据和解析计算结果相比较,得出本文数值计算方法比原有的解析计算方法有更好准确性,为今后的蜂窝密封动力特性分析和密封结构的优化设计提供一种有效的分析手段。 Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) has been employed to calculate the dynamic coefficient of a honeycomb seal. 3-D models of a cylindrical honeycomb seal and a conical honeycomb seal were built. Because the geometry of the honeycomb seal is complex and the flow parameters change dramatically in the narrow gap of the seal, hexahedral meshes, high-density meshes along the radial direction of the gap of the seal and non-equilibrium wall functions were used in order to improve numerical computational accuracy. Finally, the numerical computational resuits were compared with analytical computational results and experimental data. It was found that the numerical computational results were more similar to the experimental data, and provide a better method for the analysis of the dynamic performance and the design optimization of honeycomb seals in the future.
