摘要
本文运用权力与相互依赖理论,分析中日经济相互依赖关系的敏感性与脆弱性,以及由此产生的政治影响力即权力问题。从中日经济相互依赖(相互贸易和直接投资)的现状看,表面上两国互为重要贸易伙伴,是对称性相互依赖;实质上中日贸易关系是一种非对称性的相互依赖。中国在相互依赖中具有"敏感性",但不具有"脆弱性"。因此,日本只在敏感性相互依赖中获得一定的政治影响力,但这种影响也十分有限。基于以上认识,本文最后就中日合作如何摆脱"敏感性"非对称相互依赖向"对称性"方向发展,提出了自己的政策建议。
Through the application of power and interdependence theory,this article analyzes the sensitivity and vulnerability of Sino-Japanese economic interdependence,and the political influence or the question of power which arises from it. Viewing from the economic interdependence (mutual trade and direct investment) between China and Japan,the two countries are important trading partners and therefore,their interdependence is a kind of symmetrical interdependence. However,Sino-Japanese trade relation is essentially a kind of asymmetrical interdependence. This article puts forward in the end its own policy recommendations to rid Sino-Japanese cooperation of sensitive asymmentrical interdependence and move toward a symmetrical interdependerce.
