摘要
目的:制备原花青素柔性纳米脂质体,探索其与普通脂质体体外释药特性。方法:采用薄膜分散法制备脂质体混悬液,采用透射电镜观察其形态;以总酚的含量作为评价指标,采用动态透析法考察其在不同介质中的释药特性。结果:原花青素柔性纳米脂质体、普通脂质体体外释药特性均符合Weibull模型。结论:在没有压力条件下,原花青素柔性纳米脂质体与普通脂质体具有相似的体外释药特性。
Objective:To prepare flexible nanoliposomes with proanthocyanidins,and to explore the effect of in vitro release between proanthocyanidins flexible nanoliposomes and general nanoliposomes. Method:To prepare flexible nanoliposomes with proanthocyanidins using a film dispersion method,and investigating their characterizations using a transmission electron microscope,and the in vitro release action was studied in different dissolution mediums using dynamic dialyse method,and the content of total phenol as index. Result:The in vitro release of both proanthocyanidins flexible nanoliposomes and general nanoliposomes meet to Weibull distribution. Conclusion:Both proanthocyanidins flexible nanoliposomes and general nanoliposomes had the similar characterizations of in vitro without pressure.
