摘要 目的:研究CT-MRI融合技术在三维立体适形放疗中的作用,尤其在勾画颅脑肿瘤大体体积(gross target volume,GTV)方面是否能提供更多有价值的信息。方法:分析30例颅脑肿瘤患者的影像学资料。把患者CT和MRI图像传送至图像处理工作站,分别在CT及CT/MRI融合图像上勾画GTV,比较两种图像上勾画的GTV的差别,统计学方法为配对t检验。结果:CT图像上勾画的GTV明显小于CT/MRI融合图像上勾画的GTV。结论:建议在颅脑肿瘤三维立体适形放疗中,采用CT/MRI融合后图像勾画靶区。 Objective To explore the role of CT/MRI image fusion in three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy, especially in delineating gross target volume (GTV) of craniocerebral tumors. Methods The image data of 30 patients with craniocerebral tumora were processed by the Oncentra Masterplan. The GTVs were delineated in CT and CT/ MRI images and the differences in the GTVs were compared. All the data were analyzed by using the paired-samples t-test. Results The GTVs delineated on CT images were markedly smaller than those delineated on CT/MRI fused images. Conclusion CT/MRI image fusion should be used for delineating gross target volume in 3-D conformal radiotherapy for craniocerebral tumors.
