The design capacity of wastewater treatment station of a steelmaking plant is 2 000 m^3/h. The wastewater is treated by the combined process of coagulation sedimentation, double media filtration and ion exchange. The effluent is fully reused, of which 500 m^3/h is used as coal and slag washing water, and 1 500 m^3/h is used as process and product water after advanced treatment. The process flow, the design parameters and the equipment configuration and the system commissioning are introduced.
