煤矿坠仓事故原因动态分析与防治对策

摘要 针对煤矿坠仓事故危害严重和目前研究欠缺的情况,利用事件树分析法,对煤矿坠仓事故从事故发生的初始事件、后续事件直至事件结果的全过程进行了全面、动态的分析,分析初始事件可能的发展过程及可能的事件结果,并编制事件树,通过分析事件树中存在的事故连锁、成功连锁,研究导致事故的原因和保证工人安全生产的途径,并在此基础上提出全面、科学的防范措施,以防止类似事故的发生。 Based on the accident risk of man-dropped into coal bunker in mines and its scant research nowadays, the accidents of man-dropped into coal bunker in mines are analyzed dynamically and fully with ETA (event tree analysis) method for whole process from the initial event, following event until the end of the event. It analyzes the possible development process of the initial event and its possible result and makes the event tree. On the basis of the event tree, the possible causes of accidents are studied with the accident chain, and the ways for safe work are studied with the success chain. According to the above analyses, the proper and scientific countermeasures are proposed to prevent the accidents.
