摘要
介绍了一种可有效消除尖峰脉冲干扰的数据采集系统。通过比较A、B两相信号在其1/4周期内的状态变化情况并作为计数依据,对光电传感器数据信号进行四倍频以及辨向计数,并给出基于FPGA实现的方法。该方法的优势在于采用状态采样和比较的方法实现计数操作,避免了尖峰脉冲干扰,极大地提高了系统的稳定性和精确性。
The counting actions of counters were determined by comparing the changing characterstics of pulse states of A-phase and B-phase,within a quarter of their periods. The photoelectric sensor system was designed by four fold- frequency subdivision,and direction-judgment was realized on comparing position. In addition, an FPGA based on detail design of the proposed scheme was given out. The significant advantage of the proposed scheme was counting driven by sampling and comparing pulse states. This method avoids obstruction of pulse and improves stability and precision of the system.
