摘要
讨论了现有悬架性能检测振动台及其存在的不足之处.介绍了混沌振动台的研究现状.建立了多连杆悬架混沌振动台,利用UG软件对多连杆机构进行建模,通过运动仿真获得了振动台的位移、速度和加速度曲线图;通过M atlab软件对振动台的特性曲线进行计算分析,获得振动台的准相图和自功率谱密度图.结果表明,设计的悬架振动台具有混沌特性,能较好地模拟汽车行驶时的复杂振动情况.
This paper discusses the existing suspension performance testing vibration table and its inadequacies, coupled with the research status quo as to chaos vibration tables. A muhi-link suspension chaotic vibration table is drawn. Besides, multi-linkage is modeled by using UG software and the displacement, velocity and acceleration curves of vibration table are gained through motion simulation. The characteristic curves of vibration table are calculated and analyzed by using Mat lab software and the quasi-phase diagram and the self-power spectral density figure are obtained. The results show that the design of the suspension vibration table has the chaotic characteristics, and can simulate the vibration complexity of vehicle travel.
