摘要
本文结合笔者所在高职院的教学实践，阐述了“教学工厂”理念的内涵，给出了按照此理念进行的项目开发、教师队伍建设、教学设施建设等方面的实践经验。
Paper combined with the author＇s Vocational School teaching practice, described a ＂teaching factory＂ concept of the meaning of this concept, and given practical experiences of projects carried, development of the teachers, teaching facilities construction and other aspects which all accordance with the concept.
