摘要 深水导管架式平台的桩基础,主要用于支撑上部平台和导管架的重量载荷,同时抵抗环境荷载对平台的作用。根据API(American Petroleum Institute)规范,桩的设计应满足安装和在位期间桩的强度,稳性和疲劳寿命要求,并通过贯入泥面以下一定深度,为平台提供足够的承载力,保证平台安全运行。设计过程要考虑桩轴向承载力分析,自由站立,可打入,疲劳分析,起吊分析,在位强度,灌浆连接强度等,根据各种工况的分析结果,经济、合理地选择桩的直径,长度和壁厚。对深水桩的设计过程与方法进行了归纳和总结,该方法已在几个南海深水导管架桩设计中得到了成功应用。 Pile foundation for deep water jacket platform is used to support topsides and jacket subjected to overturning forces. According to the API (American Petroleum Institute) code, pile design shall meet the requirements for pile strength, stability and fatigue life during pile installation and service. Piles will be drive to a penetration to get enough capacity for platform operated safely. Analyses for pile include axial capacity analysis, stick up analysis, drivability analysis, fatigue analysis, lifting analysis, in-place strength analysis and pile grout connection analysis etc.. According to the analyses results for various loading condition, pile diameter, length and thickness are determined finally. The pile design method generalized in the paper had been applied to several deep water jacket projects in South China Sea
