摘要
我国高速公路服务区存在资源浪费、管理效率低下、服务水平差等诸多问题,提出以创新服务区管理为切入点,转变管理理念、扩大经营范围、创新管理模式,实现高速公路服务区经营与市场化营销相结合。
This article analyzes a series of problems of China s expressway service area,such as waste of resources,management inefficiency and poor level of service,and suggests that innovative service area management should be as the entry point,changing management concept,expanding business scope,innovating management mode,realizing the integrating of highway service area operating and marketing.
