摘要
国库集中支付是当前我国财政改革的一项重要内容,在高校实行国库集中支付制度,对高校的财务管理产生了深刻的影响。文章阐述了高校在执行国库集中支付制度过程中存在的问题,并提出了解决这些问题的建议。
As an intergral part of the current financial system reform,centralized payment by the national treasury has a profound effect on colleges financial administration.This paper analyzes problems found in applying this policy in the college,and proposes constructive suggestions to solve them.
