摘要
目的:探讨视网膜大动脉瘤患者眼底荧光血管造影特征。方法:回顾分析视网膜大动脉瘤患者10例11眼的眼底荧光血管造影图片及相关临床资料。结果:大动脉瘤瘤体直径为0.194～0.842mm。所有患眼有不同程度出血与渗出。出血、渗出累及黄斑区8例9眼。5眼伴随有微血管病变。1眼伴发年龄相关性黄斑变性。结论:眼底荧光素血管造影是诊断与研究视网膜大动脉瘤有效手段。
Objective：TTo investigate characteristic of retina arterial macroaneurysm fundus fluorescence angiography. Methods： Ftmdus fluoreseenceangiography picture and ciinical data of 1l eyesin 10 case were reviewed, Results：The diameter of macroaneurysm were between 0,194 to 0,842mm. Different level of bleeding and exudation were discovered in every eyes. Bleeding and exudation in macular region were discovered in 9 eyes of 8 ease, Retina microangiopathy were discovered in 5 eyes. Age related macular degeneration was discovered in 1 eye. Conclutions：Fundus fluorescence angiography is effective method in diagnosis and research the retina arterial macroaneurysm.
