摘要
本文应用社会心理学的归因理论对某高等医学院校学生归因风格与就业状况等进行了相关性研究。结果显示,该校学生就业状况与归因风格无相关关系;就业状况与文理科、性别无相关关系;归因风格与文理科无相关关系;归因风格与性别存在相关关系。
The article had studied the attribution style and employment situation of the sampling medical university students using attribution theory of the social psychology. The results showed that there were not correlations between employment situation and attribution style, between employment situation and art and science, between employment situation and gender. There was not a correlation between attribution style and art and science . But there was a correlation between attribution style and gender.
