摘要
运用企业管理理论,从5个方面论述了高校图书馆如何通过降低成本、改善人力资源状况、增强用户管理、实施质量管理、运用营销手段等来提高服务效益和服务质量,提高读者的满意度及图书馆的地位。
By using enterprise management theory,and from five aspects of reducing the cost,improving the situation of human resource,strengthening the user management,implementing the quality management and using the marketing method,this paper discusses how university library to improve the service benefit and service quality,enhance readers’ satisfaction and the status of library.
