摘要
竞争情报的功能之一就是充当企业的预警系统。论述了竞争情报运用于企业预警系统的必要性,通过选取一些相关指标构建了企业的预警指标体系,利用层次分析法设立权重,为企业预警确立了合理的指标体系。
One of the functions of competitive intelligence is to serve as early warning system of enterprise.This paper expounds the necessity of applying competitive intelligence into early warning system of enterprise,and through selecting some relevant indicators,establishes a reasonable early warning indicator system for enterprise,and by using analytic hierarchy process（AHP）,establishes the weight,determining rational indicator system for enterprise＇s early warning.
