摘要
使用FLUENT软件,对LIFAC脱硫炉内喷钙过程的流场及脱硫剂混合情况进行了数值模拟,获得了石灰石喷嘴的优化布置;同时对尾部增湿活化过程进行了分析改进,提高了LIFAC的脱硫效率,使LIFAC技术适应更广泛的煤质变化及更严格的环保要求。并利用LIFAC脱硫的思路,将其推广应用于循环流床锅炉脱硫,以干法的投资和运行成本达到高效脱硫和除尘的目标。
This paper carries out the numerical simulation of the fluid field and desulphurizer mixing in the process of limestone injection in LIFAC by using FLUENT software,gets the optimal arrangement of limestone nozzle,and analyzes and improves the humidified activation process of the tail,which increases the desulphurization efficiency of LIFAC and makes LIFAC technology fit in with wider coal-quality variation and the stricter requirement of environmental protection,and based on the idea of LIFAC desulphurization,promotes and applies into CFB boiler desulphurization,which can achieve the target of efficient desulphurization and dust collection with the investment and operation cost of dry method.
