摘要
将Kriging模型和拉丁超立方抽样技术应用于不确定结构,提出了主要针对隐式方程的区间非概率可靠性分析方法。该方法用Kriging模型作为近似模型描述原结构模型,借助优化方法求解参数区间并计算可靠度。建立了某金属/水冲压发动机橡胶O形密封圈的非线性有限元模型,应用网格重构技术和自适应加载技术对密封圈密封性能进行了有限元分析。将接触面最大正应力与发动机燃气压力的差值作为目标参数,应用上述方法计算了密封性能参数区间非概率可靠性,通过区间分析得到了密封性能可靠性指标。
An interval non-probabilistic reliability method for implicit equation was presented by using Kriging method and Lating hypercube sampling technique in structure with uncertainties. In this method, the Kriging method is used for approximation and integral estimation of origin model, the parameter intervals and reliability can be evaluated using optimiza- tion method. A non-linear finite element model for rubber O-ring seal of metal/water reaction ramjet was established. Ele- ment automatic remeshing method and adaptive loading method were presented in the FEM simulation of seal. The difference between the maximum contact normal stress and gas pressure was defined as the uncertain objective function. Using the method, the sealing performance' s non-probabilistic reliability was calculated, the reliability index of the sealing per- formance was obtained with interval analysis.
