摘要
采用实验方法对螺旋管换热器对流传热系数进行了测定,利用Fluent软件对螺旋管周围温度场进行了数值模拟。在实验条件下,水-水螺旋管传热系数的范围为:自然对流情况下350~550W/(m2.K)、强制对流(搅拌)情况下400~730W/(m2.K)。Fluent软件模型能基本反映温度场的实际情况,模拟结果与实验结果基本吻合。
The convective heat transfer coefficient of spiral tube heat exchanger is measured by experimental method, and the numerical simulation of temperature field around the spiral tube is carried out by Fluent software. Under the experimental condition, the range of water-water heat transfer coefficient of spiral tube heat exchanger is 350 to 550 W/( m^2 . K) in natural convection case and 400 to 730 W/( m^2 . K) in forced convection ease (stirring). The Fluent software model can basically reflect the actual situation of temperature field. The simulation result basically accords with the experimental result.
