摘要 分别以甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯(TDI)、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH-550)和氮丙啶为改性剂,对聚乙烯醇缩糠醛进行改性。研究了改性后胶膜的力学性能、热失重、耐水性、耐酸碱及耐有机溶剂腐蚀性。结果表明,氮丙啶改性聚乙烯醇缩糠醛的拉伸强度提高了69.59%,断裂伸长率提高了48.34%,耐水性、耐酸碱性及耐有机溶剂腐蚀性也都有了明显的提高;TDI改性聚乙烯醇缩糠醛的热稳定性明显优于其他产品。 The poly(vinyl furfural) was modified with toluene-2,4-diisocyanate (TDI), γ -aminopropyl triethoxysilane (KH-550) and aziridine as cross-linker. We studied mechanical properties, heating weightloss, water-resistance, acid and alkali-resistance and corrosion resistance to organic solvents of the poly(vinyl furfural) films. The results showed that the tensile strength increased by 69.59% and the elongation increased by 48.34%, and the water-resistance, alkali-resistance and corrosion-resistance were all markedly improved for the film modified with aziridine. The thermal stability ofpoly(vinyl furfural) modified with TDI is superior to other products.
