摘要
以宁夏27份栽培枣树为试材,改进方法提取高质量DNA,通过34条RAPD引物利用RAPD-PCR技术系统分析了材料间的遗传关系。结果表明:试验所筛选的16条RAPD引物可以用于枣树遗传资源鉴定,较为准确地将种间材料聚类;同心圆枣与灵武长枣、中宁圆枣亲缘关系较远,灵武长枣同中宁圆枣亲缘关系较近。
The paper extracted high quality DNA by development method,employed RAPD-PCR by 34 primers and analyzed the genetics relationship between the experimental materials, The result showed that 16 RAPD primers could be used in appraise Chinese date genetics resource and clustering the experimental materials correctly,Tongxin date was farer than Lingwu date or Zhongning date in genetics hackground,Linwu date was closer to Zhongning date.
