摘要
采用微波消解样品,用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定香菇中钾、铁、锌、铜含量。结果表明:在仪器工作条件下,金属离子含量与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,相对标准偏差0.27%~1.25%(n=6),回收率为93.7%-103.5%。该法具有简便、快速、损失低、污染少、实际利用率高的特点。
The mineral elements in Lentinus edodes were determined by microwave digestion method and FAAS. There was a good linearity between concentration of metallic ion and the absorption under the optimized conditions. The relative standard deviations were in the range of 0. 27%-1.25%(n= 6), and the recoveries were in the range of 93. 7%- 103.5 %. The method was simple,rapid,little pollution and high reagent utilizatiom ratio.
