结节性硬化症合并双肾错构瘤二例报道并文献复习 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨伴结节性硬化症（TSC）的肾错构瘤的临床诊治特点。方法结合本院收治的2例患者诊治情况及文献对伴TSC的肾错构瘤的诊治进行探讨。结果2例患者经病史、查体及影像学检查确诊，1例破裂出血行保守治疗，另1例肿瘤破裂出血行栓塞治疗，术后病情稳定。结论伴TSC的双肾错构瘤的诊断，除影像诊断外，还需要有癫痫、智力低下或皮肤结节等病史，相对单纯的肾错构瘤需更积极、更主动地进行干预。就目前文献报道，TSC患者与单纯的肾错构瘤在病理上尚无明显差别。
