摘要
制备了具有阻燃、抗静电和耐冲击性能的硬质聚氯乙烯(UPVC)管材专用料,分析了炭黑用量和表面处理对材料性能的影响。结果表明:炭黑用量过少(小于6 phr)时,材料的导电能力减弱;炭黑用量过多(大于10 phr)时,材料的抗冲击性能变差,阻燃性能下降。炭黑未经过表面处理且用量为10 phr左右时,UPVC材料的综合性能最优。
Unplasticized poty(vinyl chloride)(UPVC) composites with flame-retardant, anti-static and impact resistant properties were prepared. The influence of carbon black(CB) content and surface modification on the pro- perties of the composites was analyzed. The results show that UPVC composites with low loading of CB(〈 6 phr) exhibit very low conductivity, while exeessive loading of CB (〉10 phr) deteriorates both the impact and flame-retardant properties of the composites. When content of CB without surface modifieation is 10 phr, the UPVC composites possess optimal comprehensive properties.
