摘要
For the purpose of evaluating the affection of combined chemotherapy on the level of hormone in cerebral spinal fluid, T4, TSH and GH in acute leukemia group before chemotherapy were no statistic difference compared with that of control group. After one course of chemotherapy, the GH level in cerebrospinal fluid was much lower than that of before chemotherapy and control (p〈O. 001 ). However, T4 and TSH were no marked changes in acute leukemia children before chemotherapy. It indicated that combined chemotherapy affects GH. It may be one of the reason of retardation in long live leukemia children. It suggested that giving GH to the retardation children of long live acute leukemia is suitable.
