摘要
针对氧枪喷头的结构特点及材料性能,对该零件的温挤压成形工艺进行优化。结果表明:采用优化后的工艺,该氧枪喷头的综合性价比得到了很大的提高。
In view of structure feature of nozzle in oxygen lance and material characteristics, the warm extrusion formation process of the part was optimized. The results show that using the optimized process makes the comprehensive cost-effective of nozzle in oxygen lance greatly improved.
