摘要
针对一起550 kV HGIS隔离开关卡滞拒动故障的原因分析和事故处理,在通过零部件检测、模拟配套试验等方法逐步分析故障原因的基础上,提出了适用于现场的隔离开关本体力矩及机构电机负载特性测试的检测手段,并通过试验论证了该方法的有效性,为制造、采购、现场安装及运行维护人员提供借鉴。

Based on the analylsis of the reason, a new test method which is suitable to be applied in the is suggested. By lots of experiments the effection of the test method is confirmed, some suggestions are proposed to reference to manufactures, purchasers, installers, and operators.
