摘要
面对社会和国家教育部门对本科生创新能力和实践能：旬的培养要求，中北大学化工与环境学院打破以传统的简单“授受型”课堂教学为主导的教育模式，以培养本科生的实际操作能力为主，积极鼓励并吸收本科生参与教师课题研究，全面提升本科生素质。实践证明，这种教学方式对于培养本科生科学研究的实践能力和创造能力，提高高校教师教学水平以及对学校的发展都具有重要的意义。
University was faced training requirement of society and country education departments about creative and practical ability of undergraduates. and Environment department of N In order to improve practical operation ability of undergraduates, Chemical Engineering ourth University students to participate actively teachers＇ scientific of China was breaking the traditional didactic teaching, encouraging research, entirely improved quality of undergraduates. The practice showed that this teaching＇method had been key to improve practical operation ability of undergraduates, improve the teaching level of teachers and develop the university.
