摘要 随着经济社会的快速发展,在人口密集、经济发达的城市及开发区,负荷密度不断增长,现有的10 kV配电网的供电能力已明显不足。适时引入20 kV电压等级,对提高和简化城市电网电压等级,解决配电容量不足,提高供电可靠性,满足用户用电需求等方面都具有积极作用。文章着重论述了20 kV配电网在国内外的发展趋势及优越性,以及唐山供电公司在曹妃甸工业区及滨海新城的中压配电网引入20 kV等级的必要性和效益等方面进行了分析探讨。 With the rapid developing of economical society, the existing 10 kV distribution network is obviously not enough for those developed cities with high population densities. It is time to apply 20 kV distribution networks in these cities, in order to improve and simplify city power distribution voltage levels, solve power distribution capacity lacking problems, raise power supply reliabilities and satisfying more needs of the users. This article mainly discussed the development of 20 kV distribution network around the world, and analyzed the necessity and feasibility of introducing 20 kV distribution network to Cao Feidian industrial area and the new seaside city by Tangshan Power Supply Company.
