摘要
目的选择测定孕妇血清白蛋白(ALB)的最佳方法。方法用血清型标准作溴甲酚绿法(BCG)和溴甲酚紫法(BCP)测定孕妇组与对照组血清中的ALB,并用免疫散射比浊法作相关处理及与醋纤膜电泳进行白球蛋白比例(AfG)比较。结果孕妇组:BCG法35.1±3.4g/L,BCP法31.8±4.0g/L,两法有显著性差异(P<0.01);而对照组两法无显著性差异(P>0.05);免疫散射比浊法与SCP法呈高度正相关(r=0.991),与BCG法相关较差(r=0.639)。醋纤膜电泳A/G1.08±0.17,BCG法1.29±0.16,两者有显著性差异(P<0.01);BCP法1.04±0.18,与醋纤膜电泳相比无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论BCP法测定孕妇血清ALB优于BCG法。
Objective To find out the better method for determining serum albumin in pregnant women.Methods The serum albumin in pregnancy group and control group were determined with bromcresol green (BCG) and bromcresol purple (BCP) methods, managed with immuno-turbidimeny and compared with albumin/grobulin (A/G) ratio by cellulose acetate electrophoresis. Results The mean value of amulnin with BCG was 35.1±3.4g/L and 31.8±4.0g/Lwith BCP in pregnancy group, there was siginficant difference between two methods (P<0.01), there was no differencein cont group (P>0.05). Immuno-turbidimetry had high positive relation with BCP (r=0.991), but less relation with BCG (r=0.639). A/G ratio by cellulose acetate electrophoresis (1.08±0.17) had significant difference (P<0.01) with BCG (1.29±0.16), but had no statistical difference (P>0.05) with BCP (1.04±0.18).Conclusion BCP was better for determining serum albumen in pregnant women than BCG method.
