摘要
采用POY合股后假捻变形的工艺路线开发生产167dtex/288f扁平涤纶DTY。结果表明:选择具有矩形喷丝孔,孔径长宽比在8∶1的喷丝板,最佳的合股路线及287℃的熔体温度;温度25℃、风速0.42m/s、风压180Pa的环吹风冷却条件;2600m/min的卷绕速度;350m/m的假捻加工速度;1.490的D/Y比;186℃的上热箱温度;162℃的下热箱温度;3.00%的第二超喂,-0.36%的第三超喂;68.6kPa的网络压空等工艺条件可以维持生产状况稳定,DTY异形度可以达到26%。
The 167dtex/288f flat PET was manufactured successfully by using the process route of joint stock POY to DTY. The practice results showed that the production can be stabilized by using following technical conditions, e.g. rectangular spinneret, the aperture with the aspect ratio of 8 : 1, optimal joint stock line, melt temperature of 294℃, central air condition with temperature of 25℃, speed of 0. 42 m/rain and pressure of 180Pa, winding speed of 2 600refrain, false twisting speed of 350m/min, D/Y ratio of 1. 490, primary heater temperature of 186℃, second heater temperature of 162℃, second overfeed ratio of 3.00%, third overfeed ratio of --0. 36% and network compressed air pressure of 68. 6kPa. On the basis of above parameters, the shape factor of DTY, 26%, can be reached.
