摘要
以硅藻土作为载体,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备TiO2/硅藻土复合光催化剂,并通过SEM、XRD、FTIR和TG等手段对样品进行了表征。以250W高压汞灯作为光源,罗丹明B、活性翠蓝KN-G和酸性黄G三种染料作为目标污染物,考察复合光催化剂对染料的吸附降解性能。结果表明:TiO2的较佳制备条件为V钛酸丁酯∶V乙醇∶V盐酸∶V水=10∶40∶0.5∶2;TiO2的较佳负载量为33%。在紫外光条件下复合光催化剂对染料具有良好的吸附降解性能。
TiO2/Diatomite composite photocatalysts are prepared by a sol-gel method with diatomite support, which are characterized by SEM, XRD, FTIR and TG. The photocatalysts are examined with respect to their photocatalytic performance for degradation of Rhodanmine B, Acid yellow G and Reactive blue KN G dye in aqueous solution under 250W high pressure mercury-lamp irradiation. The results show that the better contents of the TiO2 in composite are VTi(OC4H9)4 : VHCl : VH2O=10 : 40 : 0. 5 : 2; the better contents of the composite TiO2-mounted Diatomite are 33%. TiO2-mounted diatomite decomposes efficiently dye under UV irradiation.
