摘要
在对制冷空调制造行业及其人才需求现状调查与发展趋势分析的基础上,通过深入分析珠三角制冷空调高职专业人才培养现状,修订了制冷与冷藏技术专业人才培养方案,使之能更好地满足珠三角制冷空调制造行业对制冷空调高职人才的需要。
Based on inventory survey and development trend analysis of the manufacture vocation and talents demand of refrigeration and air-conditioning, the cultivation status of polytechnic talents in Pearl River Delta are analyzed. According to the results of survey and analysis, talents cultivation scheme of refrigeration and cold storage is modified so as to it can satisfy well with the requirements of the manufacture vocation of refrigeration and air-conditioning in Pearl River Delta.
