摘要 为了在超声检测水煤浆浓度系统中选择合适频率的换能器,分别用1 MHz,2.5 MHz,5 MHz的换能器进行测试,得到了浓度与声速及超声信号幅值的关系,并由此可得出:在超声检测水煤浆浓度系统中,应选择频率较低的换能器。 In order to choose transducers with appropriate frequency in ultrasonic wave examination system for coal water mixture concentration, the transducers with frequency of 1MHz, 2.5MHz and 5MHz are used to test coal water mixture concentration, by this way, the relations of coal water mixture concentration and ultrasonic wave speed and the relations of coal water mixture concentration and the max value of ultrasonic wave signal are found. The relations indicates to use transducer with low frequency is the best choice in ultrasonic wave examination system for coal water mixture concentration.
