摘要
通过对重力热管式抽油杆柱传热特点的分析,给出了传热计算方法。结合辽河油田欢127-26-34井实际,选择工质A为传热介质进行传热计算,结果表明:其传热量达到13.68kW,能够满足现场应用的需要。此项研究为重力热管式抽油杆柱在采油现场的有效应用提供了依据。
Through the analysis and calculation on the Heat Transfer Characteristics of the Gravity Heat Pipe Sucker Rod String approach the method of its heat transfer. Combine with Liaohe Oilfield Huan 127-26- 34 Well actual situation, choose A as the working fluid heat transfer medium for the heat transfer calculation, the results shows that the heat could achieve 13.68kW, meet the on-site applications. This technology of gravity heat pipe in the oil field sucker rod provides the basis for the effective application.
