乳化剂及改性剂对沥青性能影响的机理分析 被引量:8

摘要 采用3种不同的乳化剂A、B、C,变化其剂量与SBS和SBR两种胶乳共同作用制备改性乳化沥青,并对乳液乳化效果及蒸发残留物性能进行试验研究。结果表明:当A型乳化剂用量为0.8%,B型乳化剂用量为0.3%,且同时采用SBS改性剂剂量为4%时,乳化沥青的性能相对较佳;采用SBS改性剂较SBR改性剂能够较大程度提高残留物的延度和软化点。另外,进行不同改性乳化沥青与不同集料的黏附性试验,试验结果说明使用碱性集料使得乳化沥青的破乳速度和凝固速度明显加快,集料与沥青之间具有较强的黏结力,并且整体具有良好的柔韧性。 Three different emulsifiers A, B andCare used to make up modified emulsified asphalt by changing their dosages and together with two modifiers SBS and SBR. The effects of emulsification and performances of evaporated residues are investigated by laboratory tests. As the results show, when 0.8% A-type emulsifier and 0.3% B-type emulsifier, 4% modifier SBS are used, the performances of the emulsified asphalt are relatively better. When the modifier SBS is used, ductility and softening point of the evaporated residues can be increased in a greater degree than that when SBR is used. In addition, the adhesion of various modified emulsified asphalts with various aggregates is tested. The results of test indicate that the velocities of demulsification and solidification are increased obviously, and there is a greater adhesive strength between aggregate and modified emulsified asphalt, as well as the flexibility and ductility of the whole are better when alkaline aggregates are used.
