摘要
本文通过对日本发展演艺文化产业的考察,联系我国当前深化国有文艺演出院团体制改革的现状,针对发展我国演艺文化产业提出,目前,文艺演出团体迫切需要建立现代企业制度,解放演艺生产力,真正解决演艺企业的"自生能力";需要实行规模化、集团化运营,最大限度地满足市场需求并赢得市场份额,强化企业的研发能力、原创能力和打造精品的能力;要关注产品生产的标准化操作,有效降低生产成本并逐步形成规范的生产流程,使演艺产品产业化成为可能;要面向市场、面向受众,根据受众的关注点以及随受众观赏兴趣的变化而调整,并在此基础上实现"两个效益";要充分认识现代演艺产品生产的诸环节,分工明确、配合默契,有效组织生产、提高生产效率;要注重自身特色养成,注重品牌打造,不断增强剧目演出的感染力和吸引力,不断巩固并壮大自己的受众群体;要切实抓好人才培养,要认识到演艺事业是青春的事业并抓好演艺生产者后备军培养工作,保持高质量演出经久不衰;要认真研究并尊重演艺生产规律,妥善解决演艺生产者的艺术生产和演艺产品的产品构成之间的同一性问题,实现均衡化、系统化的生产经营,保证演艺生产的稳定持续发展;要寻求大型企业的支持与资助,有效地解决资金投入的瓶颈问题,使企业经营的理念得到更为彻底的贯彻。针对目前国有文艺演出院团的"转企改制",我们积极主张鼓励国有或非国有大型企业收购、兼并、创办文艺演出院团,改变文艺演出院团只能由文化管理部门来办来管的观念。在当前深化国有文艺院团体制改革的攻坚阶段,如果有大型企业收购、兼并或认领文艺院团,将会是改革进程中有益、有效的重要一步。
The present article, through the survey on Japanese performing art industry and relating to the preset situation of stateowned performing art groups" reformation, points out that performing art groups in China are in urgent need of establishing modern enterprise system to free performing productivity and truly solve the problem of " survival ability". They need to implement large - scale and group operation, meet the market need, win the market share, reinforce the R&D ability and creativity. They also need to pay attention to the standard operation of production to effectively reduce the production costs and gradually form standard production procedure; they need to face the market and the audience to adapt to the changes of the audience's attention and interest and realize "Two Efficiencies" ; they need to be fully aware of the various stages of modern performing production to have clear allocation of tasks and harmonious cooperation ; they need to stress the unique characteristics and brand formation to improve the attraction of performance among the audience ; they need to emphasize personnel education to have young artists as backup forces ; they should study and obey the laws of performing art production to achieve the balanced and systemized operation and to ensure the endurance of the high - quality performances ; they should seek the support and sponsor from large enterprises to effectively solve the problem of capital investment and to further implement the business philosophy. As to the "system - change" in state - owned performing art groups, we advocate that large state - owned or non - state - owned enterprises acquire, merge or open performing art groups to change the idea that performing art groups can only be run by cultural administration. At the critical stage of performing art group reform, if some large enterprises acquire, merge or adopt performing art groups, it will be a beneficial and effective step in the reforming process.
