摘要
介绍了一种基于脉宽调制(PWM)技术的高电压、低电流稳压电源,主要用于光电倍增管等光电探测器的高压偏置源。采用集成电路控制方案,由PWM集成控制器SG3524产生脉宽可调制的矩形波控制信号,选用自制的高频变压器实现脉冲升压,通过倍压整流方式实现直流高压输出。经过实验测试,当输出高压为1 200 V时,输出电压稳定度高,纹波系数小于1%。该电源的性能稳定可靠,可用作多种便携式探测设备中的高压偏置源。
A high - voltage under - current stable power based on PWM technology is introduced, which is principally used as the photoelectric detector's high - voltage power such as photomultiplier. The switching mode power adopts integrated circuit ,which is integrated controller SG3524, producing pulse- width modulating squarewave control signal. The power supply adopts homemade high - frequency transformer to realize step - up pulse and get the high - voltage output by voltage doubling rectifying circuit. In the experiment, the output is high stable and the ripple factor is less than 1%. The power is stable and reliable,it can be used as the portable detection equipment's high- voltage power.
