摘要
研究了草珊瑚中总黄酮的微波提取工艺。探讨了微波功率、微波作用时间、乙醇体积分数和固液比等因素对草珊瑚总黄酮提取率的影响,通过单因素实验和正交实验确定最佳的提取条件如下:乙醇体积分数60%、固液比1∶40(g∶mL)、微波功率400 W、微波加热时间30 s、间歇作用3次,此时总黄酮的提取率为9.394%。微波法是提取草珊瑚总黄酮高效快速的方法。
The extraction process of total flavones from Sarcandrae glabra by microwave was investigated. The effects of microwave power, microwave irradiation tlme,ethanol volume fraction, and solid/liquid ratio(g · mL) on the extraction rate of total flavones were studied. Through single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment,the optimum extraction conditions were determined as follows, ethanol volume fraction was 60%, solid/liquid ratio was 1 : 40,the microwave power was 400 W, the irradiation lasted for 30 s and repeated for three times batchwise. Under above conditions, the extraction rate of total flavones was 9. 394%. Microwave method,which had high efficiency in shorter time with less energy, was a rapid and efficient extraction technique for total flavones from Sarcandrae glabra.
