摘要
从理论上分析了企业文化核心具体表现为各种创新,利用物理学场与力的关系,阐述各种创新对企业发展的作用。同时从系统的角度分析各种创新力动态变化得到的最佳组合,不仅推动企业不断发展,而且将不断推动企业的自主创新。我国企业在创新中存在很多不足之处,通过对自主创新的经济学分析与实证研究所得到的结论,将为企业不断发展提供有益的参考。
The article analyzes the core of corporate culture as demonstrated by all kinds of innovation in theory. It mainly analyzes the relationship between physical force and different kinds of innovation. At the same time, this article demonstrates the best combination of different dynamics of innovative forces. They can not only promote the continuous development of enterprises, but also facilitate the growth of independent innovation. Finally, this article reaches some conclusion from the above -mentioned empirical analysis.
