摘要
定量螺旋给料机主要应用在粉料和颗粒状物料生产线,来控制生产线的生产能力;在自动配料及定量包装机给料等方面,实现自动配料和定量包装的供料,特别是对流动性较差的物料的定量包装和自动配料时,用定量螺旋给料机具有明显的优势。文章对定量螺旋给料机结构特点、工作原理和结构设计方面进行了较详细阐述,提出并系统分析了螺旋输送物料过程中的脉动现象,给出了相应的解决方案,对相关方面的设计、研究具有一定的参考意义。
Quantitative spiral feeder is mainly used in powder and granular material production to control the producing capacity of production and realize the automatic hatching and quantitative packaging materials. Quantitative spiral feeding machine has obvious advantages in automatic hatching and quantitative packaging machine especially in poor liquidity of quantitative packaging materials and automatic batching. The article discusses the characteristics, working principle and structure design of quantitatively spiral feeding in detail, analyzes the pulsation phenomenon in the process of running helical conveyer and gives the corresponding solutions which has certain reference significance to the related aspects of design and research.
