摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜在腹部外科教学中的价值。方法将内蒙古医学院5年制本科在肝胆外科实习的63名学生分为2组,电视腹腔镜录像系统辅助教学组及传统方法教学组。教学后以考试和问卷方式进行教学效果评价。结果利用电视腹腔镜录像系统辅助教学组教学效果和满意度明显好于传统方法教学组学生考试成绩分别为(92±7)分和(85±16)分,差异有统计学意义(t=2.24,P<0.05)。结论随着腹腔镜外科的发展,多数腹部外科手术均能在腹腔镜下完成。通过先进的腹腔镜录像系统,可获得大量腹内脏器病变的录像资料。充分利用腹腔镜录像资料进行外科临床教学,可为学生提供真实、形象、生动、全面的疾病相关图像信息,提高学生的学习兴趣,还能让学生更容易理解掌握所学的知识。
[ Objective ] To discuss the value of laparoscope in clinical teaching of abdominal surgery. [ Methods ] Totally 63 fiveyear undergraduatd program students doing clinical practice were divided into 2 groups of laparoscopic-assisted teaching group and traditional teaching group. The tests and questionnaires were adopted to evaluate the teaching effect. [ Results ] The teaching effect and the degree of satisfaction produced by the laparoseopic-assisted system ( 92 ± 7 ) were much better than those of the traditional teaching system( 85 ± 16 ) ; the difference was significant ( t = 2.24, P 〈 0.05 ). [ Conclusion] With the development of laparoscopie surgery, most operations of abdominal surgeries can be performed through laparoseope. Many video recording of visceral disease can be gathered by laparoscopic video recorder system. Making full use of laparoscopic video information in clinical teaching can provide real, lively, and comprehensive disease-related images for students. It can not only improves the interest of learning but also contributes to the well-understanding of what they have learned.
