摘要
目的探讨caspase3、bcl-2蛋白在乳腺癌进展过程中表达的临床及病理意义。方法采用免疫组织化学观察caspase3和bcl-2蛋白在乳腺癌中的表达情况。结果免疫组化检测乳腺癌caspase3蛋白表达阳性率显著性低于乳腺良性病变(χ2=32.983,P=0.000);乳腺癌中caspase3蛋白表达阳性率越低,临床分期越高(χ2=9.184,P=0.010)。乳腺癌中bcl-2蛋白表达阳性率显著性高于乳腺腺病及乳腺纤维腺瘤(χ2=9.790,P=0.007),bcl-2在乳腺癌中蛋白表达阳性率越高,临床分期越高(χ2=13.894,P=0.000)。乳腺癌caspase3蛋白表达与bcl-2蛋白表达呈显著性正相关(χ2=8.302,P=0.004),两因子蛋白表达的协同作用与临床分期的关系比其中任一单因子与临床分期的关系更密切(t=15.459,P=0.0063)。结论caspase3、bcl-2蛋白检测可作为临床评价乳腺癌生物学行为及判断预后的重要参考指标。
Objective To investigate the protein expression of caspase3 and bcl -2, to reveal the correlation between their expression and clinical - pathology parameters in breast cancer. Methods The data of clinic and pathology with 21 cases of adenosis of breast, 21 cases of fibroadenoma of breast, and 96 cases of breast cancer was respectively collected. All specimen were evaluated by histopathology, eorrelationship of these factors was analyzed. Results The positive rate of caspase3 protein expression in adenosis, fibroadenoma and carcinoma of breast was 85.72% ( 18/21 ) , 61.90% ( 13/21 ) and 23.96% (23/96) , respectively. The positive rate of easpase3 protein expression in breast cancer was significant lower than them in the benign disease of breast (Х^2 = 32.983 ,P = 0.000). With the positive rate of easpase3 protein expression in breast cancer was lower, the clinical stages became higher ( Х^2 = 9. 184, P = 0. 010 ). The positive rate of bel -2 protein expression in breast cancer was significant higher than them in the benign disease of breast (Х^2 = 9. 790, P = 0. 007 ). With the positive rate of bcl - 2 protein expression in breast cancer increased, the clinical stages became higher (Х^2= 13. 894, P = 0. 000). There was significant positive correlation between caspase3 and bcl -2 protein expression in breast cancer. The correlation between cooperation effect of them and clinical stages ( T = 15. 459, P = 0.0063 ). It was closer than it between any one of them and clinical stages. Conclusion The positive rate of easpase3 and bcl - 2 protein expression of breast cancer has important value to evaluate the malignant or benign disease of breast. Both of them can affect the development of breast cancer together.
