摘要
通过考察聚氨酯化学体系和加工工艺条件,确定了合适的聚氨酯化学体系和合适的加工工艺条件,进而采用反应挤出一步法成功地合成了聚氨酯改性PVC共混材料,并对其性能进行了研究。结果表明,合适用量聚氨酯的引入共混改性,不仅能明显改善PVC的加工性能,而且还能在保持PVC高的拉伸强度和高的弯曲强度基本不变的情况下,显著提高材料的抗冲强度,制得PVC/PU共混硬制品。
PU/PVC blending materials have been prepared by one-step reactive ex-
trusion technology (RET) on the basis of studying on polyurethane chemical system and techno-logical procedure of RET PU/PVC blending. The properies of PU/PVC blending materials have been experimentally studied,and the results show that not only the processing property of such PVC material is clearly improved,bud also their mechanical properties are greatly increased.
