摘要
目的探讨护理干预对乳腺癌术后患者生活质量的影响。方法对40例乳腺癌术后患者实施护理干预,干预前后用生活质量核心量表对患者进行测评。结果对患者实施护理干预后生活质量明显提高,与护理干预前的生活质量比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预能提高乳腺癌术后患者的生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on quality of life for patients after breast cancer operation.Method 40 patients after breast cancer operation receive nursing intervention.Assess patients by quality of life core questionnaire before and after intervention.Result Quality of life is obviously improved after nursing intervention.There is significant difference on quality of life between two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Nursing intervention can improve patients＇ quality of life after breast cancer operation.
