摘要
线圈是电磁机构的重要部件,线圈参数的确定必须同时满足吸力及温升的要求。文章介绍了线圈匝数、导线直径的估算与换算方法,并给出了线圈参数的设计思路。当线圈吸力不足,应适当减少匝数;如线圈温升过高,应适当增加匝数;而温升过高但吸力裕度又不大,则应保持匝数不变而适当增大线径。
Coil is an important component of the electromagnetic mechanism. Coil parameters must be satisfied with the requirements of magnetic force and temperature rise. The estimate and conversion calculate method with the coil turns and wire diameter was introduced. The coil design parameters were given. If the coil suction is not enough, it should be properly reduced the number of turns ; if the coil temperature is too high, it should be properly increase the number of turns ; if the temperature is too high but the suction is not very great, it should remain coil turns and property increase the wire diameter.
