摘要
分析影响大化肥氨合成塔催化剂温度下降的原因,并对原料气中影响催化剂中毒物的来源进行分析,介绍催化剂被CO2中毒后的处理方法,为今后同类装置出现类似问题提供了借鉴。
Analysis on both the causes affecting catalyst temperature-drop in ammonia converter and the sources of poisons poisoning catalyst in feed-gas; the introduction of disposal method for catalyst once poisoned by CO2, thus this will afterwards benefit the future plants having the similar problem.
